Welcome to Ubare Skincare! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and online booking platform. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments can be scheduled online, via phone, or in person.

  • We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • No-shows or late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

  • Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.

2. Payments & Refunds

  • All services must be paid in full at the time of appointment.

  • We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Cash (USD).

  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers are non-refundable and must be used before their expiration date.

  • Refunds are not available for completed services. If dissatisfied, please contact us within 5 days for resolution.

3. Skin Care Products & Returns

  • We offer skincare products for purchase in-store and online.

  • Unopened and unused products may be returned within 10 days with a valid receipt.

  • Used or opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

4. Health & Safety

  • Clients must inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities before receiving treatments.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe for a client.

  • For hygiene reasons, we follow strict sanitation protocols.

5. Messaging Policy

  • Users will receive promotional and informational messages weekly. Message and data rates may apply.

  • To stop receiving messages, text STOP to unsubscribe.

  • For assistance, text HELP for support.

  • Our services are provided for cosmetic purposes only and do not replace medical advice.

  • We are not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or side effects resulting from our treatments or products.
