What is Brow Lamination?
Our licensed esthetician uses a professional grade chemical to "soften" the hair follicle allowing us to reshape them, covering gaps. We then set your brows using a fixing solution. We then wax your brows and shape them, giving you a fuller-looking brows that stays in place and lasts about 4 weeks. We can also tint your brows prior to your Brow Lamination using all natural henna.
- The appointment time takes about 45 minutes.
- We test the skin to ensure you do not have a reaction or irritation prior to lamination.
- Avoid self-tanning products which can discolor your newly laminated brows.
- Remember, hairs can be on different growth cycles, so if a new hair grows, it will be in the normal direction.
- To help the lamination set properly and prevent any bending or misshaping of the brow hairs, please follow these rules:
- Avoid direct contact with water and sleeping on your freshly laminated brows for the first 48.
- Avoid contact with direct sunlight, sunbeds, saunas, steam rooms and swimming pools for the next 48 hours.
- Avoiding excessive rubbing or touching of the treated area for the first 48 hours and as often as possible.
- Avoid heavy make-up on brows, and no make-up on your brows for the first 48 hours.
