Cancellation & Late Policy


 Late Policy:

  • Our client's time is valued. To best ensure time is made available to you and all clients, we ask for notification if you will be late.
  • If you are more than 10 minutes late (5 minutes late for 15 minute services) to your scheduled appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you in the time we have. Most likely, we will have to reschedule all or part of your services.


Appointment Cancellation / No-show Policy:

  • We are committed to providing an exceptional experience. Unfortunately, when one client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen. 
  • Please notify us by 3:00 p.m. on the day prior to your scheduled appointment with any changes or cancellations.
  • After 3pm the previous day will result in an automatic 50% charge of the scheduled services.
  • "No Show" will automatically be charged full price for the scheduled services. This is if you do not show up at your scheduled appointment time, nor call and speak with us, leave a voice message/text/email prior.
  • When scheduling an appointment as well as signing our waiver, you agree to these terms and authorize us to charge your card on file.
